Populations and development continues to grow rapidly in many outer Melbourne municipalities which is placing higher value on sporting precincts and public realm. ZLA has recently collaborated with local government and consultant design teams to prepare a number of site analysis and master planning studies for the urban design and functional layout of several new and existing broad scale sports precincts across Melbourne.
