ZLA has recently prepared the concept design for the residential redevelopment of the historic Tower Hotel Project, Alphington. The landscape scope comprises new streetscape works, communal podium courtyard and rooftop deck. The redeveloped of the building has been designed by Architect’s H2o and proposes 20 new apartments, cafe area and basement parking.
