ZLA has developed the landscape designfor the new civic facility in Belgrave, the A$ 10.5m project. ZLA has worked in close collaboration with H2o Architects to develop the site plan, the project has also included high level design review from the Office of the Victorian Government Architect. The landscape design includes a new civic plaza facing onto Burwood Hwy, terraced timber decking over looking the treed gully below, community garden, WSUD planting to car-park areas with car-parks also being used for events such as open air markets.
