ZLA collaborated with Williams Ross Architects to prepare a campus wide master plan for Santa Maria College, Warragul. The master-plan identified future staged areas based on the College’s priorities, the Campus Heart become the first stage of this master plan to be constructed in 2025 commemorating the College’s 50 year anniversary. The Campus Heart provides for school assemblies / large social gatherings with shaded outdoor learning spaces, performance stage, precast tiered and paving with the College’s key values embedded with text.
